OUR STORY
Our company was founded by three highly experienced professionals whose shared passion for improving outcomes for children and young people is both personal and professional.
Together, we bring a unique blend of leadership, frontline experience, and lived understanding of the challenges faced by children, families, and schools.
An experienced SENCo and senior leader across both mainstream and specialist education, who is also a parent of a child with SEND

An alternative provision and college founder, as well as a parent of a child with SEND

A Team Teach advanced tutor and experienced SEND recruitment consultant

What sets us apart is not only our breadth of expertise, but the depth of our commitment. As parents of children with SEND, we understand first-hand the emotional, practical, and systemic challenges families face. As education professionals and leaders, we recognise the pressures on schools and services striving to meet the needs of all learners.
This dual perspective drives everything we do.
We are deeply committed to bridging the gap between families and professionals, ensuring that support is not only effective but also compassionate, joined-up, and sustainable. We believe in a system where inclusion is not an aspiration but a reality—where every child is seen, valued, and supported to succeed.
WHY IT MATTERS?
We understand the system from every angle—professional and personal.
As parents, we know the challenges families face.
As educators and leaders, we understand the pressures on schools.
This drives our commitment to:
-
Bridge gaps between families and professionals
-
Deliver compassionate, joined-up support
-
Create real, sustainable change
Because inclusion should be a reality—not an aspiration.
