OUR STORY
Our company was founded by three highly experienced professionals whose shared passion for improving outcomes for children and young people is both personal and professional.
Together, we bring a unique blend of leadership, frontline experience, and lived understanding of the challenges faced by children, families, and schools.
An experienced SENCo and senior leader across both mainstream and specialist education, who is also a parent of a child with SEND
An alternative provision and college founder, as well as a parent of a child with SEND
A Team Teach advanced tutor and experienced SEND recruitment consultant

As parents of children with SEND, we understand first-hand the emotional, practical, and systemic challenges families face. As education professionals and leaders, we recognise the pressures on schools and services striving to meet the needs of all learners.
